Sallet provides warranty service for all our equipment and provides a complete warranty within a specified period. The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the customer. If there is a problem with the product during the warranty period or within the scope of the warranty service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our best to help you solve the problem. 7
For Sallet one wallet:
If there is a quality problem within 7 days from the date of receipt, we will replace you with a new product and bear the postage. If there is a quality problem within 3 months from the date of receipt, you need to send the product back, we will check and check it free of charge. Repair the product, but you need to bear all shipping costs. We will not charge any handling fees related to returns and exchanges.
For the adapter:
If there is a quality problem within 30 days after the delivery of the adapter, we will replace you with a new adapter.
The warranty does not include the following:
-Defects and causes of damage during product transportation, loading and unloading.
-Defects caused by unauthorized disassembly or reassembly of the product.
-Defects and damage caused by the use of the product in a way different from normal habits
-Defects caused by uncontrollable forces, including but not limited to fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes and wars.
-Defects caused by improper use, care, maintenance and handling of the product, do not meet the instructions in the user manual.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the following: The product serial number recorded in the warranty document is inconsistent with the serial number engraved or marked on the product.
If the product is defective due to normal use, the warranty and the invoice recording the product order number should be provided to the designated maintenance center to provide free maintenance services.
This warranty is invalid for any of the following events: If any changes or modifications are made to any of the terms and conditions specified in this warranty without Sallet's prior written consent. If unable to provide purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund and replacement
You can apply for a refund or replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt, contact us at email@example.com
You need to pack the product together with the attached parts and ship it back to us. After receiving the return package, we will refund your product value and you will bear all shipping costs.
How long does the refund process take?
When our warehouse receives your return, we need 2-3 working days to process it. After processing, the refund will be posted to your account within 3-7 working days.
How long will my replacement take?
If there is no problem with the returned product after our inspection, the replacement product will usually be sent within 3 to 5 working days.
If your order has not been shipped, we will refund it immediately. If your order has been shipped, we will refund you as soon as we receive your returned item and process it in our warehouse.
